disappointed that it does not work. I hope they can get the bugs worked out soon so it is not a complete waste.

Its works pretty well, very similar to a real violin. I have bought and tried other violin apps but still this one seems to be the best. Highly recommended. Works on 3.0.

Come on how can you play a song smoothly using this!?!?

This version of the violin player is horrible!! It only allows the basic 4 notes on 4 strings! And the bowing is terrible. Have fun with that.

It doesnt only play 4 basic notes. With left hand finger pressed on the finger board, i can play 28 different notes! It is amazing that i can really play a song on it so SMOOTHLY where no other violin app can do so. However, perhaps the author should provide some "training mode" or "tutorial" in the app. Well done!

Im not a violinist, but Id like to be... And I do understand how to play a violin. So with all the violin apps I looked at (within reasonable price) this was definitely the best. Although, I would want an option to turn the vibrate off, becuase its not only annoying but eats up the battery. I also have problems getting to bow the right tone, but as I said not a violinist.

I have to say, as a violinist my self, this is probably the best app Ive seen... But the sound quality could be a little better. Other than that it ROCKS!!!!! definitely worth the 99 cents.

Pretty clunky, but when you gotta have your fiddle fix, its better than nothing. ;-D

I downloaded this app because I the demo shows double stops and multitouch capabilities. But multitouch does not work in iOS 4. Bummer.

Does not work at all .I get random notes or no notes . Sometimes the note gets higher when I move my finger Lower on the string. Mostly I get no note at all......just the sound of the open string whether my finger is on the string or not. Huge disappointment and waste of money..

And Ive only been playing for 4 years on the real violin. And u people probably been playing 4 10 years!

I dont know whats up with this app, but it doesnt work on my iPad! It may work on others, but not mine, and no matter how hard I try, it makes NO SOUND!! I dont know if this is a glitch or what, but Im not happy about it! If Im just not using it right, thats my fault, but if its the app, then Im upset.

This app takes some getting used to but its great I dont care if you think its bad because I think its greatly AWESOME!

It can be better. It needs stability with connecting the notes, sound options, and sliding from note to note but deppends if its possible. Those who wait for an update stay put as for the developer must improve it to get more sales and keep those violin enthusiast happy.

Wow. I tried to hit notes and ive been trying and trying and the app doesnt make any sound! And i know how to play a violin. (the real instrument) Is it a bug or a glitch? Well if it is, fix it! Update it!

You might as well just look at picture of a violin fretboard. This app doesnt work. Waste of money. Update: after much frustration I have found that you need to hold the bottom end of screen (near the bridge of violin) to get any sound at all. You then tap the frets to alter the note. Tonal quality is not impressive.
